- Alumni Relations
As our school grows, so does the list of people who have contributed to its success over the years. To make sure our alumni are able to stay connected to their Oak Hill Montessori roots, we need volunteers to maintain a database. This committee will also ensure that alumni receive appropriate information about upcoming events (such as the Auction) and news publications.
So many opportunities, so little time—the Auction need lots of volunteers to ensure the success of this vital and exciting “fun”-raising event. The Auction Committee needs a large supporting cast to do things like manage business solicitations, prepare invitations, document donations, plan the venue, prepare a catalog, and many other things.
Hospitality volunteers create the foundation for community at Oak Hill Montessori. In addition to coordinators for all of our schools social and educational events, the Hospitality Committee also relies on volunteers to attend to event details such as arranging food, childcare and clean-up..
Remember how it felt when your family first came to Oak Hill Montessori--so many traditions to learn about like the Winter Solstice Celebration and the Spring Auction. This committee brings together current and new families so that our community continues to thrive.
Working throughout the year to gather photos and memories, this committee creates a publication that is treasured by families for years to come. The committee needs people from all classroom levels interested in photography, graphic design and organizing publications.
